Bespoke Services

We work closely alongside care managers, relatives and the service users themselves to create a person-centred care plan that not only suits the service user's specific long-term support needs but also promotes independence and involvement with social activities.

The high quality bespoke services are ideal for those people who have a particular care requirement due to specific complex or challenging needs. The flexible accommodation we provide ensures it can be easily adapted as needed. In addition, many of our bespoke services are situated on the same site as larger residential homes, providing opportunities for the service user to interact with other individuals, as appropriate.

The focus of the bespoke services at ILG is to ensure each service user benefits from the maximum support available to develop their independence, life skills and social interaction, through the dedicated and personalised care and activity plan. If appropriate to the individual, service users may also have the opportunity to move into a supported living environment at a later stage.

The ongoing feedback we receive from care managers and relatives regarding the bespoke services is extremely positive and we believe that being flexible in our approach enables us to deliver the very best care to the people that are central to ILG; the service users.
