Senior Management Team

HR Manager - Shivani Seth

Shivani has several years experience in Human Resources, having worked for South West Trains, Plan International and Apcoa Parking UK Ltd, where she was promoted to Head of HR. Now working as HR Manager for ILG, Shivani provides HR support and advice for over 620 employees.

 

Compliance Team Leader - Marie McCourt

Marie has worked in Social Care for approximately 20 years, predominantly in LD services.
She has previously worked for the London Borough of Hounslow and the National Care Standards Commission (NCSC), which then became Commission for Social Care Inspection (CQC). Marie started her own care business in 2007 and worked as a consultant before joining ILG.
 

   

Training Manager - Sue Pert

Sue has over 15 years experience in the care industry, having worked in various roles for Evesleigh Care. She also holds the Advanced Management for Care award amongst several other qualifications.  As Training Manager for ILG, she is responsible for a team of three trainers who deliver a variety of training to all staff within ILG. Most recently, Sue has achieved the Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) certificate.

   

Administration Manager - Michelle Horrocks

Michelle has many years experience in Logistics and Export Management within heavy and metallurgical industries in the West Midlands, before joining ILG in August 08.

   

Operations Manager, Special Services - Sally Fullbrook

Sally is a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), who has many years experience in the industry. Before joining ILG, Sally held many roles within the healthcare sector, including positions at Flarepath, KATs, MCLS, Broadstairs Nursing and Residential Home and Sussex Health Care.

   

Operations Manager, Hampshire - Emma Gould

Emma runs the largest portfolio of specialist adult care homes in Hampshire. She has 20 years experience in the housing and vulnerable adult social care sector, and currently leads a team responsible for 20 homes and approximately 260 staff providing support for adults.

Senior Financial Controller - Neil Donaldson

Neil has many years experience in senior finance positions. He has worked at SSI Computer Services Ltd, IS Retail Ltd, Mouchel Consulting, GEC Marconi and Dairy Crest.

Behaviour Support and Response Manager – Hugh Wright

Hugh is a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with over 30 years experience in health and social care and has worked at a senior management level both within the public and private/independent sectors. Hugh specialises in working with people who exhibit challenging behaviour and is responsible for managing the behaviour support and response team for all ILG services across Hampshire, Sussex and Kent. 

   

Business Development Manager – Ben Tindell

Ben has 18 years experience within the care industry, working in a variety of different roles. Previous to joining ILG, Ben worked for Craegmoor Healthcare, Southampton Care Association and Colten Care.
