Quality Assurance

At ILG, we strive to provide the very highest levels of care, support and communication to everybody we support. Periodic reviews and assessments take place across all homes in order to maintain high quality standards and as a company, we continually respond to the developing requirements of Care Quality Commission to ensure our care, support and accommodation are of the highest standards.

We provide person-centred services and ensure that all are given the opportunity to have a voice when planning and developing services.

Quality Assessments

The management team provides support to all registered homes to ensure they are fully compliant with the standards required by the full range of industry regulatory bodies. Regular on-site visits (Reg 26) are organised to undertake service reviews and monitoring the quality of care.

Satisfaction Survey

We believe it is important to obtain the opinions, wants and needs of the people we support, their families and support network, in addition to their care managers. We produce an annual satisfaction survey to capture the views of each individual to ensure we are constantly updating our service offering to match the requirements of each.

Equal Opportunities

At ILG, we constantly strive to achieve equal opportunities for both our employees and individuals we support. We do this by providing a positive and accessible environment, free from prejudice or discrimination and by valuing the needs, rights and choices of all individuals.

Complaints Procedure

We take any complaint or protection issue seriously. We therefore have a formal complaints procedure in place, which has been designed to be fully accessible to the people we support. Further information regarding the complaints procedure is available from the manager of each home, as well as by contacting our central office.

Compliance Assistants

We believe it is vital to involve the individuals using our services in the process of our Quality Assurance and be able to have a chance to affect decision making within the Compliance Team.  To facilitate this we employ 2 ILG home residents to carry out a number of Reg 26 visits with a Regional Compliance Manager to assist this visit.  Thus enabling a complete overview of the service provided and making sure that we are maintaining our high standards.
