Prader-Willi Syndrome

ILG have a Support Level Agreement with the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) to ensure that we deliver the best quality support to people with Prader-Willi Syndrome within our homes and services.

Our support services include a 10 bedded residential home, a single person service and we are also currently developing Supported Living opportunities across the South East. This ensures that ILG offer a pathway of care for people with PWS, encouraging development and progression in line with people’s individual needs and aspirations.

Residential home:
Darwell House is one of the two homes situated at Grange Court; a ten acre site set in beautiful countryside, and is currently being refurbished. This home encourages independence and development, within a supportive and positive community environment.

People who live at Grange Court benefit from the vast grounds that they live on. Both staff and residents take an active role in various horticultural projects, and often enter their produce into local agricultural shows. They have won many awards for their poultry, eggs, vegetables and flowers.

Single Person Service:
Our single person service supports one person with Prader-Willi Syndrome. It helps develop confidence and independence, and can be a stepping stone towards Supported Living.

Supported Living:
ILG are currently developing Supported Living opportunities across the South and South East. We will provide specialist services to support people with PWS in their own homes.
