Overtime
We pay an overtime rate of 10% enhancement on basic pay rate, which can be earned after completing 175 hours per calendar month.
Long Service Award
At ILG we value our employees for their commitment to the business and long service. Therefore we award them for 5 years continuous service, to receive an award of £250.
Employees with 10 years continuous service to be awarded with £500.
Attendance Award
The Attendance Award will take the form of an annual payment of £100 for full attendance from 1 January – 31 December. In addition to this there will be a one off award of 5 days annual leave for all employees who achieve a 5 year “no sickness” record.
Quarterly Bonus
We pay a Quarterly Bonus of £100 to all our employees who work in identified challenging behaviour units.
Voluntary Benefits

Childcare voucher scheme
Our employees also benefit from a childcare voucher scheme, which is a salary saver scheme.

We have an employee recognition scheme, which has been designed to give an employee a company-wide recognition for the contribution they are making ‘over and above’ their job.

Our new bonus scheme enables managers to earn quarterly bonuses.

The scheme offers benefits of cash rewards to our employees when a friend or relative is referred to the company and commences work within the business.
